ER: collapsing a section of the Ringdown list doesn't persist across a tab change #240
Description
- on Ringdown tab, collapse the Waiting section
- click Hospital Info
- click Ringdown
result: the Waiting section is expanded again. it should stay collapsed until the user opens it again.
