Stuck notes

I'm using sfizz 1.2.3 on macOS. I encounter very frequent stuck notes. If I interrupt playback in the middle of a phrase, there often will be one or more tracks that end up with notes stuck on. This happens in both Logic Pro and Reaper, using both the AU and VST plugins.

When it happens, telling the DAW to send an "all notes off" doesn't fix it. Selecting a track and manually playing the stuck note to ensure it gets a Note Off message likewise doesn't fix it. The only solution I've found is to quit and restart the DAW.

Same issue here on Manjaro KDE Plasma. Stuck notes almost everytime I use sfizz 1.23. Tried to use 1.22 and compile it myself but I can't get it to work.
