Add Local Network Access Permission for MacOS 15.x

MacOS 15 adds local network permission access restrictions.

If this permission is not assigned, the listening port cannot be accessed from the intranet.

Can this permission be added?

Or is there any way to put ShadowSocksX-NG in: Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Local Network
