ShadPS4 Doesn't follow the systems cursor.

Cursor it defaults too:

What cursor its supposed to be:

Reproduction Steps

1: Open ShadPS4
2: Move Cursor over ShadPS4

The cursor should default too whatever ShadPS4s cursor is

Expected Behavior

The cursor should follow the systems cursor
