No way for user to enable direct sampling mode on rtl-sdr.

I think this is kind of critical since i cant find any way to put direct_samp=2 to enable Q branch on rtl-sdr. It seems not to do it automatically if i try to setup frequency range in 0-30MHz.

Is there way to do it ? if so i can not find anything in the documentation ?
