Pitch Wheel out of tune

I've got an issue with the pitch wheel part of the OpenDeck software.
My pitch wheel never returns exactly to the center — it has about a ±5% error, which makes the keyboard go out of tune.
I tried using AI to modify the code to implement a dead zone, but I can’t compile the software. The truth is, it’s a bit out of my skill set.
If anyone has an idea on how to help me, it would be much appreciated.
I’m using the STM32F4VE.
