Global channel not affecting leds out

After a clean reinstall, global channel isn't affecting led outs.

I couldn't say if this was working before reinstall of the firmware but I suspect it wasn't working.

It works on all inputs tho.

I don't understand what is the problem.

If I select global channel 3 and send midi to leds in channel 3 they are not receiving, I have to set them to channel 3 individually per led.

Maybe it is the intended behaviour ?
