Firmware update via bootloader

Hello there !
I'm back and since it's been years, i've made a big gape firmware update on my STM32F401CC board.
And i'm stuck on https://config.shanteacontrols.com/#/device/output-1/firmware-update page.

Well, https://github.com/shanteacontrols/OpenDeck/wiki/Firmware-update-via-bootloader describe what we should do when everything is correct (be happy) but don't say a word about.. what if he doesn't.
I was in v7.5.4 before doing anything. and put 7.11.1 and the two older ones.

Hi !
I've made an other test with Sysex and my working board on old firmware (7.5.4) did answer to F0 00 53 43 00 00 01 F7 handshake while the updated one did not.

I also tried to restart from zero and in the end it's a big failure, i know i'm way older that the first time, but i have no clue how i've made it the first time (oh gosh being older is so bad)
