Is it possible to add specific file to the search result

I want to know if there is a way to add a specific file to the result? What I mean is, if that file is present and it is an hidden file/directory or ignored file/directory, it will be shown in the result regardless.

Could you just echo the path of that file as a separate argument. Something like

{ echo path/one; fd ... }

This won't work. I need an actual fd flag that can do this, I'm using it in a program.. Seems it's not possible.
