Two Add New button when using with mutliselect #15

The "Add New" button appear two times when QuickAddNew is used with the multiselect select2 plugin (https://github.com/sheadawson/silverstripe-select2).

I changed the Javascript file quickaddnew.js, line#2 with:
var fieldSelector = '.field.quickaddnew-field .quickaddnew-field:last';

It's working fine for now.
