Document-level QE

Hello all,

I am currently using deepQuest's BiRNN model.
I do not understand how I can carry out a document-level QE with files stored as in the WMT2018 task 4 data. 
I understood the way presented in the tutorial of deepQuest with a document where all the sentences are concatenated.
