App stuck on Loading

Try to download anything and the app gets stuck on loading then crashes. I'm debating disputing the charge for PRO as this feels like a scam

I get the same issue. Samsung galaxy 21 ultra snapdragon Canada. Phone is updated to latest Oct 17 2022.

Attempted to install FERMATA AND CONTROLLER
Please reset download quotas and will try again.
Looking for best app to play PLEX movies from home server on android auto 3.4 while veichel parked.

Please proceed as follows:

• Head over to system settings

• Go to app settings

• Find AAAD

• Go to storage settings

• Cancel storage datas

• Uninstall AAAD

• Reinstall it from https://github.com/shmykelsa/AAAD/releases

App is freezing up for me as well. I'm on a Samsung S21 that just updated to Android 13.
App gets stuck with spinning 'Loading' at the bottom as soon as I open it and I can't interact with anything. Several moments later the "not responding, wait or close app" dialog comes up.

Update: I decided to leave the app frozen in the background for a while and it finally started responding and let me do a download after about a half hour

I did this, still no luck. I'm on a Galaxy S10e with Android 12, up to date
