SetCredentials method and constructor with username/password missing in EtcdClient

Hello,

I couldn't find the SetCredentials method or a constructor that accepts username and password in the EtcdClient class.

However, both are mentioned in the documentation here:
https://github.com/shubhamranjan/dotnet-etcd/blob/main/docs/authentication/index.md

Could you please clarify whether these methods have been removed or are available in a different version/namespace?

I have the same question. How are we meant to provide a username/password to the lib for authentication (using DI injection in my case)? Are creds via the connection string supported as stated in https://github.com/shubhamranjan/dotnet-etcd/blob/main/docs/authentication/index.md#authentication-with-connection-string?

@dyatlov-a I see 0355e9d, which leads me to believe that this might not have been implemented?
