Update Quickstart docs for Mac

Description

Using the current docs, I could never get a Talos cluster created in Docker on a MacBook Pro running Docker Desktop. (maOS Tahoe 26.2). The AI help I got from ChatGPT and Claude were of no help. Everything resulted in a timeout when creating the cluster. I was about to give up.

Then, I noticed there was a docker argument available. After running talosctl cluster create docker it just worked. Yet, the Quickstart docs make no mention of that docker argument.
