Enterprise image factory

Create an instance of image factory that uses authentication #285 and is on a dedicated domain so we can measure SLA and communicate with customers in case of downtimes (it should be monitored and communicated with the same tools as Omni SaaS). It will need to be backed by a private image registry so pulls are authenticated and not publicly available.

We might need to provide US and EU options, but maybe that doesn't matter with the CDN.

I don't have a strong opinion about what domain we use. Some options include

• factory.siderolabs.com
• factory.sidero.dev
• enterprise.factory.talos.dev
