Note: omni still provides managed control plane endpoint still, this is for the user to cut on the latency/access issues.

We need to document:

  1. User creates their own cluster loadbalancer (of sorts).
  2. User adds a config patch with certSANs.
  3. User pulls CA certificate for Kubernetes.
  4. User creates Kubernetes service account using kubectl.
  5. User creates kubeconfig out of their own lb endpoint, CA and service account.
