Unable to restore etcd from backup

Hello. I had a two node cluster and one node lost it's hard drive. Trying to get etcd healthy since there is no quorum. I was trying to follow the steps outlined in https://www.talos.dev/v1.9/advanced/disaster-recovery/ to wipe the etcd data and restore from backup. I can't get very far because at every turn I get this error: * rpc error: code = PermissionDenied desc = no access is permitted. Even after I granted myself the operator role. The Omni docs only describe "Restore Etcd of a Cluster Managed by Cluster Templates". Anyone have any tips on what to do?

Hello. Etcd backups should be managed in a different way in Omni. Direct talosctl etcd restore access is not allowed in Omni.
