How to add a label to the kube-system Namespace?

I am using TopoLVM and the docs say I need a topolvm.io/webhook=ignore label on kube-system. I know I can patch the Namespace, but I want to have the label stated somewhere declaratively.

Do I use inlineManifests, or what is the correct solution to this?

I don't think Talos should support anything like that. kube-system namespace is created implicitly by kube-apiserver if I remember correctly, so it's not managed by Talos.

So kube-apiserver should provide an interface for it? And it looks like it doesn't.

I believe so. This would be a feature request for the Kubernetes repo.
