VolumeSatus of u-local-volume Failed

In trying to solve this issue cannot access data directory: mkdir /bitnami/etcd/data: permission denied : milvus-io/milvus#45952 (comment) I checked the VolumeStatus and found for u-local-volume the Phase Failed :

Is it related to the patches applied to the two nodes? :
