ix-datetime-picker "jump" issue in IX 3.2.0

What happened?

Hi,

I have a strange bug with ix-datetime-picker in new IX 3.2.0.
I managed to reproduce this on IX website:

And also in our own environment.
The issue is that when choosing hour/minute/seconds and then number is half visible (as in the below screenshot), then screen kind of jumps to a point below (in this case, if you choose min 44).

In our environment, we are using the component in a wrapper, and when this happens, the whole wrapper is gone (see two more screenshots).

What type of frontend framework are you seeing the problem on?

Angular (NgModule)
