Bug description
Android 15, GrapheneOS, v. 7.39.4
Ubuntu 22.04, v.7.50.0
This is the second time on connecting my phone at beginning of day, I got "Chat session Refreshed". The message appears in my "Note to Self" thread. Yesterday, I noticed I had missed something in that thread, and also at least one message in another thread. Today, I don't see anything missed in that thread, though I can't tell about the others. Though I didn't do it last night, it's not atypical for me to send a message to myself (occasionally someone else) with the phone not connected to the internet, knowing that it'll be sent next day when I connect. I did do that two nights ago, and one of the missed messages was such.
I only have two devices. The Desktop is rebooted only occasionally. Last time was two days ago, and I believe after the "Chat session Refreshed" appeared on my phone.
This alert was from maybe 2 hours before I took the logs. (I had to read around first, and found this in the FAQ).

It's happened again. First two times were April 9th and 10th. This one, April 21st. As before, my laptop was running all night, and when I connected my phone at beginning of day, I got the "Chat Session Refreshed" message in the "Note to Self" thread. This time, I did not send any messages to myself while the phone was off, and I don't see anything missing in the "Note to Self" thread. I can't tell about the others.
Ubuntu 22.04, Signal v.7.51.0
GrapheneOS, Signal v.7.39.5
I too have seen this yesterday and today. I don't believe I have noticed missed messages, however I am not a heavy user.
My phone is Paranoid Android Quartz 4, Android version 10, Google Play system update 10.
My Desktops are macOS 15.4.1 (m4), and Windows 10. Both had a pending update that I performed just now after experiencing this issue. Desktop versions are not normally more than a day or so out of date.
Phone shows the message, but desktop clients do not.
