Allow node versions >24

Currently the bundle only works up to v22, so in bundles that require this (such as logto), this causes an error and the only way to proceed is with a force install.

Let’s wait until v24 is officially published as the LTS version.

v24 is now the official LTS version https://nodejs.org/en/about/previous-releases. It would be great to see this resolved @wangsijie
