Contributing publish extension for Azure

Congrats on writing such a cool project!

1. I just discovered the discussion on ASGI support for Azure Functions, we've discussed this on the Python team at Microsoft. Apologies this wasn't picked up earlier, the issues for that repo wasn't being actively monitored.

2. Datasette would be a great use case for Azure Functions and I'd like to help/contribute a plugin, @anthonychu has already written a PoC at anthonychu/datasette-publish-azurefunctions. What would be the next step to having this as a supported plugin? I noticed the existing plugins referenced in the docs are both within your GitHub org. It'd probably be easier to maintain if the plugin were within the Azure organisation on GitHub, then we can handle any issues and feedback.

3. Further to the publishing extension, I'd like to publish a tutorial on one of the documentation sites related to publishing a Datasette project, seeing the number of developers who are trying to follow a workflow similar to this.
