[REQUEST] Simple Import / Export Workflows

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would like to be able to store workflows locally (backup). This would instill more confidence when building complex workflows that take a while as I'd be able to export snapshots along the way.

Would like a way to export and import workflows to a standardize format (YAML, JSON, etc)

@mkummer225 We're creating a version history! We'll add this to the DB and also add a way to export/import workflows as JSONs. Will follow up this weekend.
