add a license

Hi, 

I came across your work and would like to build on it for my purposes. There is no license in the repository, which means, no derivative work is possible, not even using it. 

While github allows forking the project, that still gives no permission to use it. 

It would be very helpful if you provide a license with your terms in the repository.
