Need help to convert a form-data request

I am trying to post a file to Slack API
I have a working example with the deprecated request package:

  const data = {
    url: API_URL,
    formData: {
      channels: CHANNEL,
      file: {
        value: buffer,
        options: {
          filename: 'test.png',
        },
      },
      filename: 'test.png',
      filetype: 'image/png',
      token: SLACK_API_TOKEN,
    },
  }

  request.post(data, (error, response, body) => {
    if (!error && response.statusCode == 200) {
      console.log(body)
    } else {
      console.log(error)
    }
  })

I am trying to do the same with got and form-data but it doesn't work, I have a no_file_data error.

One of my tries:

  const form = new FormData()
  form.append('channels', CHANNEL)
  form.append(
    'file',
    JSON.stringify({
      value: buffer,
      options: {
        filename: 'test.png',
      },
    }),
  )
  form.append('filename', 'test.png')
  form.append('filetype', 'image/png')
  form.append('token', SLACK_API_TOKEN)

  const res = await got.post(API_URL, {
    body: form,
  })

  console.log(res.body)

Maybe this is more related to form-data?

I didn't understand that these value and option key was a standard and the same as the .append params.
