Handling state with other index formats

Hello,

I am handling Data Extensions that don't have a column in date format `"%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%SZ"` as expected. Instead, I have a `_CustomObjectKey` column which is an incremental integer id, a perfect candidate to state bookmark.

What if we support other index as bookmark?
