I am currently working on a Stardew Valley mod, and as a joke, I'd like to include a way to play the first level of doom, from in-game. Stardew and its mods are in C#, so this port seemed like the most straightfoward way to accomplish this.

Would I have permission to clone this repository, and then modify it to my needs, and package the resulting dlls with my mod to accomplish that?

You can do that. In fact, as long as you respect the license, you're free to do whatever you want. You don't need my permission.

Fair enough, that's about what I gathered from skimming through the license files, but honestly I'm not very knowledgeable or experienced with the legal stuff, so I preferred making sure rather than assuming.
