Cannot login using default creds

Hi Guys, I had been using my NanoKVM before but after leaving it for sometime, I am unable to login. I am only using the default admin admin credentials on the WebGUI and now it is now working. I tried using balenaetcher to flash it using this firmware: 20250217_NanoKVM_Rev1_4_020250217_NanoKVM_Rev1_4_0 but still I am unable to login using those creds on the WebGUI. I tried SSH but it shows network connection refused, so I assume that SSH was disabled by default. Please help!

Re-flash the firmware will restore all system configurations to their default state. Since the issue persists even after a fresh flash, we need more technical details to identify the root cause.

Could you please help us troubleshoot by checking the following in your browser?

1. Open Chrome Developer Tools: Press F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I (or Cmd+Option+I on Mac).

2. Console Tab: Check if there are any error messages appearing when you click the login button.

3. Network Tab: Watch for any failed requests (highlighted in red) when you click the login button. Specifically, look for the status codes of the API calls.

Please share screenshots of these tabs or copy the error logs here. This will help us determine if it's a UI communication issue or a backend service error.
