Update to 2.3.2 broke German keyboard support

I updated my NanoKVM to 2.3.2 and noticed that i can not type | anymore by typing ALT GR and <|>

Version 2.3.1 worked.

i was wrong, i had to downgrade to 2.3.0 to get it working again.
