Description:
I would like to propose adding a new workflow step type that integrates an LLM (such as ChatGPT) into the automation pipeline. This step should be able to automatically perform tasks like tagging, setting metadata, and editing or enriching the document description after import or on demand.

Requested Feature:

• Introduce a workflow step that uses an LLM to analyze the imported content.
• Allow the LLM-driven step to automatically:
  • Generate or refine tags
  • Fill in or update metadata
  • Improve, summarize, or rewrite the document description
• Make the step optionally trigger automatically after email import or other document creation events.

Benefits:
