Project Skooner appears to no longer be actively maintained. The CNCF TOC requests the project maintainers to please update with status of the project.

• Who are the current maintainers?
• Are there any active community meetings?
• Is there any development that has not been captured in the repo?
• If there is no active development, is there any objection from the project maintainers to archive the project from CNCF Sandbox?

Per @tianni4104 , the current sole maintainer of the project, the project is okay to archive and the TOC can move to vote on archival.
