Price models produce a gas price #35
Description
auction-keeper offers facilities which implicitly increase gas price if the transaction queue becomes stuck. By specifying gas price, price models herein prevent this facility from functioning properly. dynamic_gas.sh should be deleted and references to it removed from each of the model-*.sh scripts.
