[Feature Request] Link the Lighting Panel with the Storyboard Panel

As previously discussed on Discord, we hope the story template can include a button to link the storyboard with the lighting effects. This way, when animators change the order of the storyboard, the existing lighting effects won’t be disrupted.

The outcome of the previous discussion was:
Add a checkbox labeled “Attach to Storyboard” for all lighting effects that have a start and end time. If this option is enabled, the user can select a storyboard entry from which the lighting effect will automatically derive its start and end time based on that entry.
