How to Deploy skydive in Kubernetes/OCP openshift cluster without ClusterRoleBinding ? #2382

Hi,
We are using skydive and currently deployed to Kubernetes and Openshift clusters.
Is ClusterRoleBinding is nesscessory to deply skydive ? or is there any way / step to deploy skydive without creating ClusterRole / ClusterRoleBinding ?.
