Rework account selection

The current account selection is not user friendly.
Right now you always have to list the full account table to find the account number.

This needs to be reworked so you can login using only a single command, without having to list all accounts.
Possible solutions:
- bash completion
- account name expansion, for example: https://github.com/manifoldco/promptui
