Is there a way to remove all but basic html from the output

I would like the output html to not include any styling at all.

So no class="ql-* at all. Just the basic h1,h2 etc without decoration at all.

Instead of

This is because we post to the HPR website, Internet Archive, RSS, Podcasting platforms but also to local file systems. It's not possible or even desirable to apply custom style sheets to all.
