Slim 5 does not work with Middleman

Solution discussed here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15626845/how-to-install-and-use-slim-template-engine-with-middleman which is to just downgrade to 4 works for me. Would be nice to have this fixed so I could use the latest release.

Slim::Engine.set_options generator: Temple::Generators::StringBuffer
