An error appears if you run the example instructionscargo install wasm-pack https.
With http 2.0.0, http is no longer publishable on crates.io.
The instructions could be edited to reflect the recommended RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1 cargo install --git https://github.com/thecoshman/http
