Right now, managing data in S3 is very "ClickOps"-y. It would be nice to have a programmatic way to do the following kinds of things:

  • Move files from a subbucket back into site_upload to retrigger an aggregate run
  • Delete all files in a last_valid cache from one or both of: study, institution

This :could: be moved to insight, but we might need to have finer grained user authentication to keep track of who is making modifications? @James-R-Jones lemme know if you have any thoughts
