See whether there is any connection between day's high temperature (weather dataset) and abandoned vehicle complaints (311 service request dataset)

Ran tests of, and detected no correlation between:

  • high temperature vs abandoned vehicle complaints
  • storm event vs tree debris calls
  • general pairwise review of all weather + 311 calls

Per Thursday discussion with @danxoneil , will close this issue but keep an eye open for new opportunities.

Opened ticket #278 to track that activity, and closing this one.
