right now expunge.io is pretty low on search results for juvenile expungement in IL

This issue came out of a redesign session with the Mikva Challenge Juvenile Justice Council. They specifically said when asked what they don't like about Expunge.io is that "if you googled 'expungement' in Chicago it wouldn't come up..."
