[FEAT] Predictable ordering of nodes tab

Description

Change the "Nodes" tab so that the order of nodes is predictable. By chain ID would be an obvious choice.

Motivation

The ordering changes with every load of the page. This makes it not just difficult but nigh impossible to see node status when there are more than 100 nodes, which is now the case for CCIP. For example, I have to flip back and forth between pages 1 and 2 until, maybe, by pure chance, my sei nodes become visible. They may be on page 1 or 2, and where they are changes with every render.
