CCIP CCT -> BURNMINTERC20 -> AdminIssue

I am unable to fully transfer administrative control of a BurnMintERC20 smart contract (CCIP Cross-Chain Token) to a new admin address. After calling setCCIPAdmin() to set a new admin, the new admin address cannot call restricted functions such as grantMintAndBurnRoles or other administrative functions, despite the admin role being updated. The original deployer address retains control, indicating that the admin role transfer may not be functioning as expected.
