atf_report contains incorrect result PASSED for failed tests

Currently ATF jobs on OpenCI utilize script runner https://github.com/smartdevicelink/sdl_core_ci/blob/develop/scripts/atf_full_description.sh (f256c13)

There is some issue in atf_full_description.sh

Observed Behavior:
atf_report contains incorrect result PASSED for failed tests

Expected Behavior
atf_report contains the appropriate results according to the result of each test
