HMI shows help items with choices data when Performinteraction request is not active

Precondition:

1. SDL and HMI are started
2. Mobile app is registered and activated
3. CreateInteractionChoiceSet is added

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start VR session
2. HMI shows help items according to added commands
3. Request PerformInteraction with VR_ONLY mode with the added choice set
4. Start VR session after PerformInteraction request processing is finished

Expected result:

HMI shows help items according to added commands
For SPT with added XML Test command
