Incorrect parsing of data

Hello, thanks for this code !
I have the following parsing issue :

The data that is collected for PAC_W is good, but for E_TODAY, the first 0 is lost. Please review the following selection of data from the database. The E_TODAY data jumps from 4.99, 5 to 5.2, 5.3 ... from 5.9 to 5.11, 5.12.
It seems like when the first decimal is 0, it is lost in parsing ?

Raspberry pi. Python3, all requirements met and installed. no error messages are recorded.

It's a bug in the Zever Solar web server.
I added a fix into the python script. But as it is evening I won't be able to test it. Please check it out and review.
