Attempting to create a PAT now requires you to "confirm" in a pop-up window

For some (notably not all) of my GitHub accounts, when attempting to generate a PAT, a popup window appears (see image below).

It seems that this popup window is not accounted for, and as a result an exception is thrown:

github_fine_grained_token_client.common.UnexpectedContentError: no token value found on page

Looks like adding "confirm": 1" to the request fixes it.

Hmm I don't get that on my account unfortunately, so it's difficult for me to fix. But if it doesn't break normal requests, I'll just add what you say. Is it "1" or 1?
