Enable/Disable Select All and Deselect All individually #2884
Description
On some selectpicker dropdowns I only want Deselect all, but sometimes I want both to be available. I have used CSS to hide the Select all platform wide, but now I am stuck with the fact that I can't enable it for say 1 dropdown individually.
