Improve docs for OCP installation

• Add the installation folder as passwordstore parameter
• Document the OCP variables on the passwordstore
• Describe the usage of the ocp_cluster_name and the access to the metadata.json file
• When removing the cluster the jump cluster becomes unusable as the network is removed. protect the playbook against this unreachable error on the remove step
  • check if this only fails if the jump server has only 1 nic. in these cases the openshift network might not be removed and should be removed manually after deleting the jump server
